Conditions with these symptoms are:

Rosacea — linked with environmental triggers and characterized by redness and excessive flushing on the cheeks.

Eczema — a genetic condition but can be triggered by over-exfoliation and use of harsh products.

Contact dermatitis — caused by an allergy and an irritation. Allergic contact dermatitis is caused by getting into contact with the skin.
