NEW STUDY: Coffee Drinkers May Live Longer

New research findings from Harvard indicate that people who drink more coffee may live longer. The study recruited 200,000 people who were followed for 28 years. According to Dr. Frank Hu, the study author, nonsmokers who consumed 3 to 5 cups of caffeinated or decaf coffee each day were 15 percent less likely to die of any cause compared to those who did not take coffee. This is attributed to chlorogenic acid which is a powerful antioxidants.
