Fatty Fish May Curb Eye Risks for Diabetics, Study Finds

A recent study had found that two servings of fish per week may be enough to lower the risk for blindness for people with diabetes. Diabetic retinopathy is a serious complication of type 2 diabetes that is caused by impaired blood supply to the retina. It is the cause of diabetes-related blindness.
